Graphic Designer at Wellington Signs
During my time at Wellington, I gained valuable experience in the sign industry that allowed me to hone my skills as a versatile and efficient professional. I took on a variety of tasks such as installs, car wraps, and removals, which not only improved my design abilities but also prepared me for real-world challenges. Working here showed me the importance of making designs that are practical and can be easily implemented. As a result, I had to quickly adapt and adjust designs to ensure seamless execution of projects. In addition to design work, I also handled printing, installation, machine maintenance, and creation of router files. My role involved working with a range of equipment including UV, latex, and flatbed printers, large format plotters, and sewing machines. This hands-on experience provided me with comprehensive knowledge of these machines, enabling me to troubleshoot and operate them efficiently.
